Shipping
At maison coco we offer free shipping in Spain and EU on all orders above 150€.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. We will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
The freight charge depends on geography and method and will be visible at checkout.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. If an address error occurs, we will do our best to assist you, but additional shipping charges may apply (9€ + I.V.A.).
Returns
maison coco gladly accepts your return. You have 14 days to make a return from the date of receipt. Please send us an email to maisoncocokids@gmail.com
Customers are responsible for the return expenses.
We will not accept returns of garments that have been washed and/or used in any way, or manipulated beyond a mere verification or that do not retain their original packaging.
All sales of the Archive Sales are final. We will not accept any change or return of goods.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the products for a different size or color, please return the items and place a new order.
Shipping & Customs Duties / Taxes
All orders shipped internationally are sent under the “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)” condition unless otherwise agreed. This means that the buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
If the buyer refuses or fails to pay such charges, we (the seller) are not responsible for the delay, non-delivery, return, storage costs or loss of the package. Under those circumstances:

the shipment may be returned to sender;

all shipping costs, return fees, customs charges (if advanced by the carrier) and any additional fees will be borne by the buyer.

we reserve the right to consider the order cancelled and not issue any refund for the merchandise or shipping costs when duties and taxes are unpaid and the shipment is abandoned or returned.
By placing an order, the buyer explicitly accepts these conditions and acknowledges they are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country.
